Why artificial organizations are dumb

“…organic organizations function like living organisms where there is a vertical subordination of functions and roles in a way that best serves the whole; the human body may provide a good analogy: each and every organ performs a vital function for the well-being of the whole body, yet the functions are vertically organized with the brain being at the top of this hierarchy.

In artificially assembled organizations the organs may switch roles and the colon, the anus or perhaps a sexual organ, if ambitious enough, may easily make it to the top and take over the function of the brain.”
